Here 4 The Kids is dedicated to ending gun violence in the United States through nonviolent action and movement-building. Here 4 The Kids is holding a peaceful sit-in on Monday, June 5, 2023, at 5:00 am in Denver, Colorado, to demand Governor Jared Polis sign an executive order to ban and buy back all guns (the “Event”). Here 4 The Kids has not obtained a permit or license to hold the Event. We cannot guarantee that law enforcement will not detain and/or arrest participants. Security will not be provided for the Event, and we cannot guarantee participants’ safety.
